If you have not created an account in the Tenant Payment Portal yet, use this page to set up your new account. If your email address is currently associated with an account you will be prompted to reset your credentials to log in.

To Get Started

Please have ready your tenant account "tCode" previously provided by Oakwood Management Company. It can be found on a paper statement, collection, or billing letter. If you do not have yours, please contact the Accounting Department for assistance in obtaining one. You will also need the address of the property you are (or were) a tenant at for verification purposes.
